Aspen Family Medicine and Geriatrics began in 2002 as John A. Fagan Family Practice and operated for twelve years proudly serving the community of Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding areas. In 2012, Dr. Fagan along with Physicians Assistant, Jocelyn Tomista decided to expand their ability to provide compassionate and quality care to their patients by welcoming aboard Dr. Mike Zuniga and Dr. Darlene Espinosa. Aspen Providers and staff are dedicated to helping you find answers to your medical questions and to provide you and your family with the quality medical care you deserve!
Aspen strives to make each visit to our clinic as convenient and pleasant as possible!
